Vision Update

Hello,

To support GDPR compliance and improve traceability, the process for generating certain reports in Vision are changing. Reports from the following widgets will now be processed and sent directly to your email inbox and will remain valid for 12 hours:

• Activity Success

• Contract Management Reports

• LOR Report Generator

• Contract Report Generator

• IQA Sampling Report Generator

• IQA Referral Rate Report Generator

• Equality and Diversity Report Generator

• Learner Attendance Report

What’s changing:

• When you generate a report, it will be added to a processing queue.

• Once ready, the report will be emailed to you.

• A notification will appear in Vision confirming completion and also provide you with an additional download link.

When will this happen:

• The update will take place at 12:00 noon on 3rd September.

• The update should take a few minutes to complete.

• Please clear your browser cache as a first step.
