As part of the ongoing maintenance to Vision 2, February’s update will be rolled out, today at midday.

These updates will only take a few minutes so shouldn’t cause too much disruption but we would remind all users to clear their cache if they are experiencing any issues before contracting systemsupport@acttraining.org.uk where we will be on hand to assist.

This month’s update include:

• Bug fixes on Reports.

• Column additions to Reports.

• Modifications to Report Exports.

• Dashboard widget updates.

• Changes to Holidays.

Attendance Changes:

New attendance page ( accessed form the side bar ) with faster load speeds of:

• Authorised Absence
• Attendance Approval
• Attendance Analysis

We urge all users to use the new attendance pages to carry out any these attendance tasks, if you come across any issues when using the new pages, please let us know. The existing widgets will only remain in Vision until the next release by end of March.

Report Changes:

• LOR speed improvements.
• LOR report style change.
• LOR reports filter saving.
• LOR report exports.

Learner Search:

• Updated UI
• Filter options changed

• The ‘Add New Event’ button has been moved to the top of the sidebar on the left side.

• A scroll bar has been added to the sidebar on the left of the event page.

• ‘Date Signed Off’ is no longer a mandatory field on any Audit type events.
