New:

A number of changes behind the scenes on how reports work.

You can now favourite a report by clicking the star next to its name.

Some new options at the top of the filter section on reports:

- You can save filters for a report by clicking save.

- You can load up saved filters for the report by clicking load.

- You can remove all filters by clicking clear.

A number of new reports have been added over from Vision 1:

- Apprenticeship Provisional Achievers

- Guided Contact Hours

- Planned Visits

- Review Accuracy

- Digital Applications

- Trainee Status Change

- Registration Summary ( Includes Withdrawn Registration Summary via withdrawn filter)

- Unregistered Learners 8 And 12 weeks

- Certificates to be Claimed ( Includes Certificates to be Claimed (Units) )

- Returned Certificates Outstanding

- Outstanding Returned Certificates

- Certificates Claimed And Received ( Includes Certificates Claimed Summary, Claimed Certificates Outstanding, Certificates Received Summary, Certificate Receipt Form via filters)

- Trainee Vision Events

If you can't see any of the above changes, or one of them isn't working correctly, please try following the steps below. If that doesn't work, please contact systemsupport@acttraining.org.uk

On your computer, open Chrome Chrome.

Firstly, try [ctrl] + [f5] to clear browser cache.

If that does not work: -

At the top right, click More and then Settings.

Click Privacy and security and then Cookies and other site data.

Click See all site data and permissions.

At the top right, search for the website's name (Vision).

To the right of the site, click Remove.

To confirm, click Clear.
